David Tewodrose

Junior Professor

Vrije Universiteit Brussel

I'm a junior professor in Mathematics at the Department of Mathematics and Data Science of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Belgium).

My broad research field is geometric analysis. I am especially interested in the following topis.

  • The spectral analysis and geometry of singular metric measure spaces.
  • The structure theory of degenerate Gromov-Hausdorff limits of Riemannian manifolds satisfying some curvature constraints.
  • The application of geometrical tools to design manifold learning algorithms in data analysis.

COST Action mSPACE

Since September 2025, I represent Belgium on the Management Committee of the COST Action mSPACE CA24122. This network brings together researchers from across Europe to explore the mathematical foundations of multi-scale systems.
